Bulgaria GLOBUL Monthly Bills Certified for Precision

Renowned international certification company TUV Hessen has awarded its TUV Profi Certificate to GLOBUL billing processes and systems, according to a company press release.

The new certificate guarantees the maximum precision of the customers' monthly bills.

The TUV Profi Cert trademark is now part of the new monthly bill print design which also includes detailed information on all elements of the bill.

In order to provide even more convenient, reliable and precise customer service, GLOBUL introduces, in cooperation with UniCredit Bulbank, the personal International Bank Account Number (IBAN) for payment of mobile services via bank transfer. Users may find their mobile number's personal IBAN printed on their monthly bill or they can retrieve it by sending an SMS with content �11' to short number 1000.
