Foreign investments in real estate in Bulgaria have marked a decline of 10 percent for 2008, Minister of Energy and Economy Petar Dimitrov said.
According to the minister, there is a decrease in foreign investments in construction, as well as new hotels and restaurants.
Mr Dimitrov said that the supply on the real estate market is higher than the demand, which explains the statistic data.
Dimitrov pointed out that there is triple increase in foreign investments in industry and financial brokerage.
