French "Fear" Bulgarian Wine Competition

Business | June 3, 2006, Saturday // 00:00

French wine producers fear Bulgarian rivalry, never mind the fact that they are trying to suppress the confidence of Bulgaria's wineries.

That is the opinion of Ivan Todorov, owner of Bulgaria's Todoroff Wines. His company offers boutique wine series on the local market but also in Italy, Spain, the UK, Austria and Holland, Investor.bg said.

Todorov's optimism for the Bulgarian industry reaches high, as he believes that in ten years Bulgaria will top the European and the international wine markets.

The Todoroff Wines cellar will open a tourism center this fall.

According to the report, it will offer both quality wines and innovative grape SPA therapies.
