Top US Politicians Vow Support for Bulgaria Conservatives
The official delegation of the Bulgarian conservative Order, Law and Justice (RZS) party held a meeting late Friday with leaders of the US Republican party in New York.
During the meeting the American politicians have expressed a serious desire to offer support to the Bulgarian conservatives.
The conservatives, led by party leader, Yane Yanev and party members, Atanas Semov and Zhivko Temelkov were met in New York by Dan Halloran, who is a Republican, Libertarian, Independence and Conservative member of the New York City City Council.
Holloran greeted the Bulgarian delegation with: “The Republican Party stands by you, by RZS and Yane Yanev. You can count on us any time!”
The meeting brought a conclusion to a series of intense discussions with high-ranking American politicians, including former US Defense Minister, Donald Rumsfeld.
During the conversation with Halloran, the parties have exchanged ideas about the need t change Bulgaria’s Constitution in order to provide citizens with more opportunities to control State and local power structures. Yanev had appraised the US Republicans with his party’s effort to call a national referendum for a new Constitution, a move strongly acclaimed by Holloran.
Dan Holloran had further accepted to visit Sofia in the summer and share his experience in constitutional law, municipal management, and campaign organization. The Republican leader has agreed to lead a training course for the RZS candidates for the local elections in 2011, and invited Yanev to send young leaders to New York for education and training that would be financed by the Republican Party and the City Council. Other high-ranking Republicans have further stated their readiness to serve as moderators along with their teams for the RZS election campaign.
Yanev is said to have been very pleased upon the meeting’s conclusion by the support and the exchange of ideas.
“RZS is the voice of the Republican Party in Bulgaria and we will help you in any possible way so that you can bring real democracy to Bulgaria and Europe, as we do in America,” Holloran is quoted as saying.

"Dear Nellie, they don't have the money anymore to do that. Or to replace the damaged material.
A weakened American military after that, many countries will be intrested in that i think."
If the US stopped handing out "aid" to all and sundry, the US would be less impoverished. The US is too generous with its aid to people who don't deserve it and don't appreciate it. Instead of "helping" useless imbeciles, the US should be slamming the worst offenders against humanity. As the saying goes--no good deed ever goes unpunished. The US tries to extend a helping hand, but all it gets for its efforts is abuse, not gratitude.
Careful, pork chop! Your anti-American, Eurotrash prejudice is showing!
But what could one expect of a product of the puppy mills of liberal Eurotrash education? You do know what a "puppoy mill" is--don't you? It is a place where they brainwash and pound puppies into submission and political correctness until there is no originality or creativity or individuality or an instinct for survival left in them.
Stick to Bulgarian politics, because when it comes to the US you area fool, you know nothing.
Mr. Cheney, Mr. Donald Rumsfeld, Mr. George W. Bush, and Mr. Paul Wolfowitz are American national heroes, like Patton, Eisenhauer, or McArthur. They will go down in history as heroes, because the winners write the history books, and the US is always going to be a winner, in any conflict, armed or otherwise.
Any other questions?
A politician like Donald Rumsfeld can be clasified in the category of people who had it wrong in their goal to lead the world to better perspectives. Mr. Cheney, Mr. Donald Rumsfeld, Mr. George W. Bush, Mr. Carl Rove and the guy with the holes in his socks, Mr. Paul Wolfowitz, will enter history as criminals. They have never understood the challenges of emerging societies, they have acted without any respect towards other world leaders and their opinions, and their lies have lead to hundreds of thousands innocent people killed.
Belgium once issued an arrest warrant for this man based on crualties against humanity. 2 days later he threatened Belgium to remove the NATO head quarters from Brussels. The Belgian politicians, - unfortunatly- changed their law. They should never had done this. This man should stand trial for crimes against humanity, just like Mr. Sharon for his crimes in Shabra and Shatyilia 1984
I see the Eurotrash liberals are in force here today.
For your information, Donald Rumsfeld--Rummi--as he is affectionately called, is a revered and beloved American politician. All you liberal idiots are not worth to lick his shoes clean, so piss off with your delusional puke. Yanev should be so lucky to have Rummi in his corner! Do you have ANY idea what kind of power and wealth this man Rrummi) is still capable of commandeering?!?
Yes, I know who is in the picture. But if you read the article, Rummy does
not offer support to Yane, it is some joker (nobody) named Dan Hallorman. The article makes it sound like Yanev has the support from "top" US politicians.......he does not.......he has support form a newbe member of the New York City Council.
Novinite is being used to boost Yane's image........or maybe they are actively supporting him?
The man on the picture is Donald Rumsfeld, ex US defence seretary, fired under int'l pressure because he fabricated the reasons to go to war in Iraq.
What can such a man contribute to a better world 2010?
Mr. Yanev chose the wrong camp!
Curious to find out how many TIM people are in his delegation...
