Drunken Bosnian Steals Bus, Speeds off in Sarajevo

A drunken 27-year-old individual stole a bus of the public transport of Sarajevo on Tuesday and speeded off, Bosnian media reported.

The drunkard Igor Nogich injured a child and caused serious material damages in the course of his escape from the police.

Nogich stole the bus from the garage and the guards were so stunned that they couldn't stop him. Six police patrols engaged in the chase, in which Nogich even tried to play "The fast and the furious" with the patrols and raced with them on the streets of Sarajevo.

The drunken bus thief broke several street posts and traffic lights but his luck ended when he ended a dead-end alley.
Later Nogich was arrested a check showed he had 1.3 promilles of blood alcohol.
