Police in Bulgaria's Targovishte town busted a new scheme for Internet frauds, the private bTV channel informed Thursday.

The newest trap for the naГЇve is the e-sale of mobile phones. In advertisement sites on the Internet crooks offer for sale the phones and the deal seams legal, as there is no pre-payment required.

The phone arrives to the person who ordered it and then has to pay it. Later he person find out the phone received is not the ordered one, but a phone which costs way lesser. The difference in the cost is around BGN 200 or 300.

According to the head of Targovishte's economic police Emil Ivanov the delivery person is just a scapegoat and has nothing to do with the crime circle.

The fraudsters have been developing their network for easy money mainly in villages around Targovishte.

It is very difficult to bust such a crime circle and to arrest all the participants in it, Ivanov said for bTV.

Police are now further investigating the case.
