An organized group that pictured girls for a web site with pornographic content has been crushed by Sofia police, it appeared Wednesday.

The illegal porn studio was located in a flat in Sofia's centre. The flat was rented by 26-year-old foreigner for an office of a company providing Internet services. The flat was redesigned to a studio where girls posed in front of the camera in porn scenes. The scenes were "aired" through an online connection in a video chat in the Internet.

Four girls, aged 18 to 25, were arrested during a photo session. A 28-year-old Bulgarian man, who was the manager of the company, was also detained.

The girls posed on demands of the clients and received different payment. They were paid BGN 1 per minute and the payments were transferred to their bank accounts.

The girls were hired through Internet ads, in jobs and dating sites. So far police found that the girls hired were all well educated, computer literate and fluent in English.

Police reported that there were certain rules for the girls: they had to carry two pairs of underwear, to be sexy and challenging in front of the camera and if they were late for work they were fined BGN 50.

Police discovered that the main server is located in a Central European Country and all users were foreigners.
