Two Bulgarians have been arrested in Western Australia on charges of skimming ATMs.
The Court in Perth has decided to leave them in jail, the Australian ABC TV has reported.
The two Bulgarians named Boyanov and Tomov, both aged 43, used forged Czech passports. They skimmed credit card data from ATMs in Scarborough, and before that exchanged forged euro banknotes in Darwin in the Northern Territorry.
Another five Bulgarians were arrested skimming data from ATMs in major Spanish cities – Madrid, Bilbao, and Malaga. Their names have no been revealed by the Spanish police but it has been announced that the Bulgarians managed to copy the data of over 400 credit cards. All five of them have been in Spain since 2008.
