Russian Internet Plunged into Darkness: Massive Blackout!
A mass blackout has thrown numerous websites on the Russian-speaking internet into chaos
The leader of the Bulgarian nationalist party “Ataka”, Volen Siderov, has suggested a merging of ministries and closing of state agencies.
In his words, there should be a reduction of the 12 480 people currently working at the 77 state agencies in Bulgaria.
Siderov also added that some “weird” agencies, like the Agency for Metrology and Technical Supervision, for Aquaculture and the Fisheries, do not need to exist and suggested that they merge with Bulgaria’s Environmental Ministry and the Ministry of Agriculture and Foods.
“There are few thousand people working at some ministries. The ministers themselves should propose the reduction of people. I see that the government and the PM are making efforts to make the necessary reductions with minimal damages, so that people do not complain, but there is no such play that makes everybody happy,” Siderov said in an interview for the Bulgarian Darik Radio.
On the issue for the control over information on the Internet, Siderov said he does not see how this could happen during elections.
According to him, the sociological agencies are the ones that should be controlled because they have become “enterprises for making money in a vague way”.
