Caressa Cameron, a 22-year-old student at the Virginia Commonwealth University, has won the 2010 Miss America contest.
Cameron, a communications major, triumphed at the pageant held in Las Vegas Saturday night (local time). She is going to receive USD 50 000 as part of her award.
As part of her message against childhood obesity, the former Miss Virginia said kids should watch less TV and play video games less while they should increase their outdoor activities.
