Bulgaria’s government has appointed Oleg Petkov Deputy Chair of the State Agency for National Security (DANS).
Petkov replaces Vanya Stefanova, who asked to be removed from office, according to the press office of the government.
Petkov has completed an MA degree at the Orenburg Polytechnic University.
He has worked at Bulgaria’s National Security Service and at DANS.
