A third GSM license in Bulgaria will be given to the local state-owned Telecommunications Company BTC, sources said.
Possibly, it will increase the price of the old fashioned analog company, whose privatization deal failed last year.
Curently, Mobiltel and Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile own the two GSM licences in Bulgaria. Only Mobiltel is operating, Cosmo is due to start in June.
