Two Bulgarian nationals have been arrested in Peru for credit card cloning and skimming.
29-year-old Ivan Rangelov and 32-year-old Svetoslav Sariev were detained in a suburb of the Peruvian capital. During the police raid on their home, a total of 15 credit cards and other devices were found, BGNES reports.
The two men were arrested after a three-month police operation. During this time Rangelov and Sariev committed a number of frauds at ATMs in shopping malls and supermarkets in Lima.
