Tsvetan Tsvetanov: Three Seas Initiative Is Slap in the Face of Bulgaria’s Foes – Russia and China
The police in Bulgaria's capital Sofia has arrested 6 people in a special operation codenamed “The Incompetent,” Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov, informed Tuesday.
The police had followed the group for the last three months. The perpetrators are accused of using fake credit cards to buy goods from large supermarkets, which they later resold at lower prices to smaller stores.
Some of the detainees have long wrap sheets, Tsvetanov says.
The arrest happened at the “Kaufland” supermarket in the Sofia “Ovcha Kupel” district.
