The Gypsy Philharmonic Orchestra or as the Bulgarian audience knows them, the 100 gypsy violins are currently the Guinness record holders in the category of the largest symphonic orchestra in the world to be playing without notes.

''Gypsies are so sensitive to the music they play that the audience can not only hear it, but also see it,'' members of the band commented.

The unique in sound musicians will be visiting the Sofia National Palace of Culture (NDK) on June 19. Musicians from the band have promised their Bulgarian fans that they will play with lots of vigor, music appreciation and unique improvisations.

According to a folk Hungarian saying, a person can get intoxicated by just a glass of water when they hear a violin playing, and the Gypsy Philharmonic Orchestra is set on proving the statement right.

The exceptional part of the performance will be following the remarkable synchronization among musicians in the band. None of them uses notes, but they enjoy performing in a wide range of genres - from the classic concerts of Johannes Brahms, Johann Strauss, Georges Bizet, Aram Khachaturian, Pablo de Sarasate, and many more Hungarian folkloric composers.
