Bulgaria Ranks Among Top 10 Reformers According to World Bank

It is nice to see that Bulgaria made the list, especially since it ranked high on enforcing contracts and easing the tax burden on businesses. It will be good if Bulgaria can also improve in other reform categories including investor protection and easing trade across borders.

It is interesting to note that the top 10 reformers were, in order, Egypt, Croatia, Ghana, FYR Macedonia, Georgia, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Kenya, China, and Bulgaria.
