Vesselin Mareshki, a controversial businessman, founder and owner of a large low-cost drug store chain, comments his decision to take-over financially troubled Lokomotiv Plovdiv football club in an interview for bTV channel. Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, an avid football fan, personally talked Mareshki into the purchase.
