The young woman that went missing in the floods overnight in Burgas region has been found drowned, Interior Ministry Svetlozar Lazarov told the BNT public broadcaster.
She is the second victim of the most recent floods, after a woman was found drowned in her car on the road between Burgas and Sozopol, near the Otmanli area.
According to Lazarov no other people are reported missing.
Rescue teams are helping the residents of several Burgas neighbourhoods, which have been partially flooded, and evacuated more than 20 people.
According to the Interior Ministry a tidal wave carried at least five cars and many fishing boats into the sea.
The electricity in some areas of the city has been cut off.
Meanwhile, the bTV national channel reports that the south eastern regions of Dimitrovgrad and Harmanli declared a state of emergency due to the torrential rains.
Roads in the regions have been closed, including the road to Istanbul.
The town of Berkovitsa, which was flooded on Thursday night, is on high alert again, as the water level in Berkovska river is rising and threatens to flood the town once more.
