“Energoremont Holding” AD has acquired the majority stake in “Electroimpeks” AD, a company with over 50 years of international experience in the sphere of engineering services and the implementation of turnkey projects in the sphere of energy.
The main sphere of activity of “Energoremont Holding” AD is maintenance and repair of power and heat generation and distribution facilities.
“Energoremont Holding” AD includes “Energoremont Bobov Dol” AD, “Energoremont Varna” AD, “Ener-goremont Ruse” AD, “Techenergo” AD, “Totema” EOOD, “Income 2003?, “Energoremont Radnevo” EOOD, “Energoremont Kozloduy” EOOD, “Energoremont MK” EOOD, “Ener-goremont Kosovo”.
The deal was concluded after talks of over six months between “Energoremont Holding” AD and “Electromachinery Holding” AD, the owner of “Electroimpeks” AD, according to a media statement of “Energoremont Holding” AD.
The acquisition of the majority stake in engineering company “Electroimpeks” AD was accomplished as a result of in-depth analyses and a firm belief in the positive impact of the deal for the two companies, according to the press release of “Energoremont Holding” AD.
“Electroimpeks” AD focuses on activities conducted overseas, with offices in over 85 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America.
In countries such as Germany, England, France, Italy, Greece, Albania, Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Jordan, Iran, Pakistan, Nicaragua, Cuba, Peru, etc., “Electroimpeks” AD boasts business contacts with a companies specializing in a broad range of activities via joint ventures, representations, or traditionally maintained contacts for the purpose of joint operations, according to “Energoremont Holding” AD.
The step emphasizes the consistent approach of “Energoremont Holding” AD towards the implementation of its development strategy from 2013.
The strategy placed a new emphasis in the company’s development plans on increasing its market presence and active participation in projects in Southeastern Europe and the Middle East.
