The suggestion on part of Bulgarian PM Borisov that the deals for the privatization of the power utilities might be revised is: fair because of the excessive high prices of electricity in Bulgaria which benefits the intermediaries, i.e. the power utilities in question.    61 votes.   unfair since any pricing schemes unfavorable to the people are to be blamed on the Bulgarian state and society which allowed them.    11 votes.   a really bad idea as it is going to scare off foreign investors.    39 votes.
