The special operation of the Bulgarian police against the high-profile kidnappers' gang codenamed "The Impudent" is: a perfect job on part of the Bulgarian government and police and a major blow to organized crime in the country    16 votes.   certainly a good thing but not that great an achievement as these are medium-level gangsters and not the most dangerous criminals    38 votes.   barking up the wrong tree as the resources of the entire state and all public attention are directed at a single criminal gang whereas the government really needs to be fighting high-level corruption    27 votes.
