The portfolio assigned to Bulgaria's new EU Commissioner, Rumiana Jeleva - "International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid, and Crisis Prevention" - is: is very important, i.e. a lot more than Bulgaria could have hoped for.    34 votes.   fair enough, i.e. just about right for Bulgaria's capacities and weight within the EU.    63 votes.   a lot less than Bulgaria deserved - it did deserve to get a lot more important portfolios such as energy or enlargement.    16 votes.
