The case in which all money in the bank account of the Bulgarian Presidency was suddenly withdrawn by the Finance Ministry is clearly a technical mistake as it was described by Finance Minister, Simeon Djankov; President Parvanov has undeservedly called Djankov a "liar" over this explanation.    15 votes.   a clear and deserved warning for President Parvanov on part of the GERB government as Parvanov has been overstepping his power and meddling into the work of the executive branch.    43 votes.   obviously a deliberate but blatantly outrageous act on part of the GERB government to scare President Parvanov into submission.    29 votes.
