Should ethnic Bulgarians living in non-EU states have the right to vote in Bulgaria’s elections for MEP? Yes, as Bulgarian citizens they have this right    129 votes.   No, they are in no way related to Bulgaria’s EU future    68 votes.   Their number is too low so their votes are basically insignificant to the average turnout    10 votes.
