Commenting article: Bulgaria Agrees to Upgrade Status of Seychelles Consulate in Sofia

Bulgaria on Wednesday gave its consent for the opening of a consulate general of the Republic of Seychelles in Sofia, upgrading the status of the current consulate.

The consulate general will be headed by a honorary consular official, which changes the rank of the current honorary consul Maxim Behar, who will perform those functions, the Bulgarian government said in a statement following its weekly meeting.

The upgrade of the status of the diplomatic representation of the Republic of Seychelles – to consulate general from consulate – is expected to contribute to the expansion of cooperation in trade, economy, education, science and culture, according to the statement.

The women of the Seychelles are Mulatto and sweet as the Manga.

But our Honorary Bulgarian Council is a "Saint' in the Manga Groves.

I'd say the Seychellois nation is an Afro - Asian(Indian and Chinese, mainly) - European(descendants of 'Grands Blancs', French settlers) mix. Utmost sexual, right. And just Coco de Mer/Coco Ind?cent,
a vegetation well known to Honorary Bulgarian:) could be the symbol of Seychelles :)

It seems it is sexual or very symbolic.

This part of Africa is very sexual due to the mixing of various races.

It is an Afro-Polynesian mix.

I am trying to determine the type of African vegetation the couple is holding in their hands.

Maybe, our Honorary Bulgarian could answer the question.

May be You are right, Jerry (though such elixirs of passion as shrimp and lobster place me into just "active posture". Damned nature :)
To the inseparable couple....
of million Eros :)

The laziness, tropical sun, and the fresh tropical fruits lead you into a pacifistic mode of ecstasy.

The shrimp, lobster, and tuna place you into a passive posture.

Now if I have a couple of million euros or dollars in an offshore bank account I will continue to be more pacific and laid back.

You are "not sure", Seedy? Stop pretending, please ;)
From my experience (life and work in Seychelles):
- to see Seychelles and die. I mean the "fickleness of paymasters" is not a somehow serious problem: tourist flow to Seychelles grows steadily each year. The problem is the total indifference and lazyness of state and people:
"il ne faut jamais remettre ? demain ce qu'on peut remettre au surlendemain". Seychellois are amazingly indifferent to the hottest need of improving the quality of services.
And also: not tourism but fishery can be the main source of the hard currency inflow. 1.4 mln square kilometers of the Exclusive Economic Zone fantastically abundant with fish and shrimps...and Japaneze trowlers making profit on it. Once again: total lazyness. But to each his own:
the enduring love to Putin-Kremlin-Russia for You, the enduring love to laziness for Seychellois ;)

Seedy - 16 Jul 2016 // 08:03:53

Not sure what you're trying to say, Rurik. It's a long way from anywhere and its economy is predominantly reliant on tourism; you yourself will appreciate that, like the Kremlin, tourists can be very fickle paymasters....

You have painted the perfect picture of the Florida’s Gulf Coast, Pine Island offers a small-town atmosphere simplicity and laid back atmosphere amid mangroves, three aquatic preserves, and vast quantity of palm, tropical plants and fruit groves. This atmosphere with Key Lime Pie is a fantastic experience.

The problem you cannot find one Bulgarian on the Island and especially a female Bulgarian bathing in the sun of the Gulf Coast.

Imagine a Bulgarian Redneck sipping a Mint Julep or Stinger with extra bourbon.

You have Blago a Macedonian in Ft. Myers and that is it.

Interesting, visiting Old Havana, Cuba, you find many Bulgarians a leftover from the Soviet era.

You have to get off Sanibel and head for Pine Island. A stop at Matlacha will give you a feel for the real old Florida.
Check a map and go to Pine Island Road and head west.
Have a piece of Key Lime pie at the Mucky Duck on Captiva and you will a happy guy.

The Seychelles should join Albania, Bulgaria, Key West, Florida, and Brazil as the finest ecotourism when it comes to beaches.

Jerry - 5 Jul 2016 // 01:11:55

The Seychelles is one of the finest Pan African Countries and a member of the African Development Fund.

The mixing of French, English. Indian and Chinese brings forth a people of true charisma Seychellois Creole.

The music sounds Brazilian mixing with Mozambique.

Now Bulgaria has a lot to learn from the Seychelles and its tropical flavor in fruits, fish, cinnamon and vanilla production with the fresh flowers in the food.

Rurik - 4 Jul 2016 // 19:58:13

Be merciful, Jerry. Not every Bulgarian :) speaks Seychellois Creole, one of three official/national
languages of Seychelles, but English and French are not so unknown to Bulgarians.
Btw, Seedy, the rank of Seychelles in the IMF List of per capita nominal GDP, 2015, is 48 (Russia: 66,
Bulgaria: 78). Not bad for a state with a Conch Shell national currency ;)

Seedy - 4 Jul 2016 // 08:57:53

Do they even have one, Jerry? And isn't their national currency the Conch Shell?
