Three girls from Turkey were injured in an accident with one of the lifts in the ski resort of Pamporovo. The girls were hit by a tree that crashed on the rope because of the weight of the snow. One of the girls has fallen from the seat, which was 4-5 meters above the ground.
The girl, 20 years old, has been examined but there are no serious injuries but only bruises.
Because of the incident, the lift was stopped for about three hours, and some of the people remained in the seats without being able to go down, eyewitnesses told bTV. Some skiers who were at a lower height have jumped from the facility but others have remained hanging for hours in the cold weather.
Currently, the resort's facilities work without any problems.
