Last night, a tragic accident claimed the lives of two young individuals in Plovdiv
A young Bulgarian woman has set herself ablaze in the town of Stara Zagora, local officials say.
Her identity is currently not disclosed by police.
The woman, aged 32, has suffered burns covering 80-95 percent of her body surface, public broadcaster BNR quotes doctors as saying.
She is to be taken to a specialized hospital in nearby Plovdiv, Bulgaria's second-largest city.
Reports suggest information about the accident was submitted at 09:24 EET on Monday, with an ambulance arriving in three minutes. Witnesses say her shoes were still burning at that time.
