According to AFP, the Ukrainian army has declared a halt to the Russian offensive in certain areas of the northeastern Kharkiv region
Two Bulgarian and two Ukrainian nationals might have been killed in the collapse of an old building in the Czech capital Prague.
It was not immediately clear what triggered the collapse of the building, which was uninhabited, the Bulgarian National Radio reported.
Ambulances and fire brigades have rushed to the site of the accident.
According to a DPA report four workers were trapped on Friday under a Prague building after three of its ceilings caved in on them.
Three fire brigade squads rushed to help the men, who were on the ground floor at the time of the collapse, spokesman Vit Pernica said.
