Bulgaria's Agriculture Minister Nihat Kabil is about to present to the police the corruption signals he received in connection to the SAPARD program in the country.
The signals are linked to employees working with the program that have demanded bribes by the candidates. Checks at the Agriculture Ministry have proven that no employees of the institution have been involved in these corrupt practices.
All corruption signals come from Southern Bulgaria. The amounts of the bribes demanded have not been specified.
