Bulgaria: Closed Parking Lot Set on Fire in Bulgaria's Capital Sofia BGNES

A large closed parking lot has been set on fire on Sunday night in the capital Sofia.

The signal was received at about 2 am. Firefighters put out the flames for nearly an hour.

At least four cars burned down.

The parking lot, located in a former toy factory at Parva balgarska armiya St., is owned by a famous businessman who also partakes in the political life of Bulgaria.

The police are investigating the matter. Initial suggestions point to arson but the option “incident” is not excluded either.
