All construction in resorts near Bulgaria's Black sea capital Varna is banned, beginning May 15, over the opening of the summer season.
The order was issued Tuesday by the Mayor of Varna, Kiril Yordanov.
According to the order, all unfinished sites must be secured, cleaned and cultivated while construction waste must also be removed by May 15, during the hours of 8 am and 10 am and 4 pm and 8 pm.
Violators will be fined up to BGN 10 000.
