The Stevie Awards are the world's only international, all-encompassing business awards program. Nicknamed the "Stevies" from the Greek word for "crowned," they are designed to honor the efforts, accomplishments and positive contributions of companies and business people worldwide.
"This award is evidence that business in Bulgaria is managed and developing at a global level. Winning it for the second year in a row means that PR is sustainable and adaptable to the changing business environment. In 2012, M3 Communications has remained a leader in this respect," Behar commented.
The Bulgarian PR expert received his first Stevie Award as Executive of the Year back in 2011 at a glamorous gala dinner in Abu Dhabi, where the PR company that he manages grabbed the Stevie Awards in the categories "Public Relations Agency of the Year in Europe" and "Most Innovative Company of the Year in Europe."
The Executive of the Year award recognizes leaders with significant contribution to their organizations, and who are an example for the ever more strategic role in the development of public relations and modern business.
