Bulgaria's 2009 Eurovision entry, "Illusion" by Krassimir Avramov, was ranked 8th worst Eurovision song "ever" by the Eurovision Times site.

Avramov, nicknamed by himself "the Voice", fared very badly in the contest, and had already provoked controversy in Bulgaria for his election to represent the country in Moscow 2009.

The Eurovision Times voters have now ranked him as having performed one the few immortal really bad songs at the contest.

The commenter at the European Voice describes the singing of Avramov and his band as "absolutely atrocious screaming."

The other Bulgarian showing among the top 15 worst Eurovision songs ever is the 2008 German entry No Angels - who featured Bulgarian performer Lucy Dyakovska - with their song "Disappear."

The absolute anti-favorite voted by the readers were Switzerland's Piero and the Music Stars from 2004, described as "maybe the worst vocal performance Eurovision has ever seen."

Krassimir "the Voice" Avramov's performance in 2009 can be seen HERE.
