13 Bulgarians Injured in Traffic Accident in Serbia
Four Bulgarians were seriously injured and nine others suffered lighter injuries in a serious traffic accident after midnight.

A "Wall of Protest" made by wrecked cars is being erected in downtown Sofia and will be inaugurated on September 15, the official start of the school year in Bulgaria.
The wall, located on Sofia's main square "Alexander I," is built under the patronage of Interior Minister, Tsvetan Tsvetanov, and Education Minister, Iordanka Fandakova.
The installation includes 15 cars, severely damaged by traffic accidents, along with children drawings and messages for the drivers.
Citizens will be able to write their own messages in a book titled"Stop the Road Rage."
The author of the installation is Simeon Simov, who voiced his hopes the display will scare reckless drivers and save lives.
The traffic police will impose strict monitoring of areas around schools all over the country between September 11 and 30.
In 2008, 12 children were killed in traffic related accidents while 521 have been injured as pedestrians.
