The test results of the latest 7 samples of possible swine flu cases in Bulgaria have proven negative, the National Center for Infectious Diseases informed Thursday evening.

The Health Ministry confirms the information. The 3 samples tested Wednesday for the A(H1N1) virus have also proven negative.

The National Center for Infectious Diseases has tested a total of 42 samples and 41 one of them are negative. So far the only confirmed swine flu case in the country remains the 21-year-old, who arrived from the US on May 30. He was released Thursday from the Veliko Tarnovo hospital in good condition.

All his friends and relatives, who were tested, also showed negative results, which brings closure to the above case, the Health Ministry declared.
