Well, yes, but...

The fact that they have to use SANS (former пїЅ"РЎ) for such an operation just shows what a crisis there is in law enforcement in Bulgaria. Presumably, the Police and the Anti-Organized Crime Service, people who are supposed to stop organised crime, corruption, etc. cannot be trusted!

Also, one has to question motives here. Yes, they are cracking down on bribe taking at customs. Why? EU pressure? Or, given the history of "contraband channels" in Bulgaria and their links with the Darzhavna Sigurnost, is there another motivation?
