Italian actress Sophia Loren has agreed for her first ever nude shot in the next Pirelli calendar, Italian media reported.
The star, who turns 72 September 20, will do a "tasteful" photo for next year's edition of the popular edition.
The calendar has been a sell-out collectible throughout its 30-year life thanks to supermodels like Naomi Campbell and actresses like Monica Bellucci. Its 2007 edition will feature also beauties such as Penelope Cruz, Naomi Watts and Hilary Swank.
The news is a real breakthrough in lifestyle biz, as she has repeatedly refused to appear nude on camera. Yet she had some, though rare, erotic appearances on screen, like her striptease for Marcello Mastroianni in "Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow".
