The MPs from “Coalition for Bulgaria” will not support the non-confidence vote, lodged by the United Democratic Forces in Parliament, the socialists announced. “The non-confidence vote has grounds but it is not the way to look for a way out of the crisis,” the leftist party claims. “Coalition for Bulgaria”, though, warns that the government should change the direction of its policies if does not want more similar votes to be demanded. According to the Bulgarian Socialist Party leaders there are many more serious issues to be complained against than the medicines policy of the government – fight against corruption is one of them. The United Democratic Forces submitted in Parliament a request for holding a non-confidence vote against the Cabinet on February 4. The draft resultion has been signed by fifty MPs of the United Democratic Forces. The rightist opposition justified the non-confidence vote with the Cabinet’s medicine policy, which in their opinion has led to chaos in the pharmacies, medicine distribution and local manufacturers.
