Fake medicines have been found in the Plovdiv storehouse of Helen Trading 2, the company that has traded questionable medicaments to pharmacies in Bulgaria.
A total of 120 ampullas with containing fake traded the Vitamin C, Analgin and Buskulizin. An injunction has been placed on the medications, and Helen Trading 2 has been forced to pull off all the ampullas they had sold to pharmacies. The company might be stripped off its trading license.
Last week an emergency centre in Sofia reported that coughing syrup was found in ampullas that were said to be the Furosemid medicine.
On Monday the Executive Medicines Agency launched massive checks into the work of the wholesaler Helen Trading 2, providing the emergency centre with medicines.
