IRAN AND BULGARIA AGREED TO COOPERATE IN CULTURE, EDUCATION

Iran’s Minister of Science, Research and Technology Mostafa Moin and Bulgaria's Minister of Education and Science Vladimir Atanasov signed a memorandum on expanding bilateral cooperation in the areas of culture, science, art, education, research, collegiate courses,exchange of university students and professors, promotion of Farsi language in Bulgaria and Bulgarian language in Iranian universities. Emphasizing on Higher Education Organization's role in increasing the number of educated human resources, Moin said one out of three Iranians is studying in school or university, adding that the figure indicates that Iran enjoys a young population, rich culture and education-loving people. Bulgarian minister Atanassov welcomed Moin's proposals referred to the exchange of university students between Iran and his country as a key factor for promotion of bilateral scientific and economic ties.
