Applying for 3d national TV licence, Czech Holding MEF, claims non-issuance of broadcasting licence will violate the constitutional rights of the holding for equality in trade, Ivan Genchev, representative of the Czech holding to Bulgaria said. The holding’s jurists claim that the latest amendments to the Radio and Television Act allow issuance of broadcasting licence since the holding has already registered a program licence.
