Heart diseases are one of the most common health troubles among both men and women. One of the best way to prevent such problems is blood pressure control. Here is how:

Physical activity is the best way to regulate blood pressure. You don't need heavy exercising, walking and even things like housework or gardening will do, as long as you workout on a daily basis.

Reduce the consumption of salt. You should remember that certain foods - like cheese and chips - are usually too salty. Don't take large portions of those; instead consume plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Quit smoking, or at least significantly reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke.
