Thousands Bid Farewell with Anti-Syria MP in Beirut

Tens of thousands of people thronged Beirut for the funeral of anti-Syrian newspaper owner and MP Gibran Tueni, killed by a car bomb on Monday. Crowds of mourners - many waving the Lebanese flag - followed the coffin as it was carried slowly through the streets of the capital. A general strike called by anti-Syrian groups is under way in Beirut and other parts of the country.
