Bulgaria is expected to open two new chapters on its accession to the EU at the next session of the Intergovernmental Conference in Brussels. The Conference will be held at the level of chief negotiators on October 25 and October 26, the Foreign Ministry press office said. These chapters are Freedom of Movement for Persons (Chapter 2) and Social Policy and Employment (Chapter 13). Bulgaria expects the chapter Telecommunications and Information Technologies to be closed provisionally. Thus Bulgaria will have opened 23 chapters, on 12 of which negotiations have been completed.
