Parts of the governmental program were separately presented by the Bulgarian ministers in the Parliament. Earlier, the parliamentary groups of the United Democratic Forces and the Bulgarian Socialist Party insisted that the governmental program is discussed in the Bulgarian Parliament.The parliamentary group of the leftist ` Coalition for Bulgaria` issued a declaration, demanding that the Parliament obliges the Bulgarian Prime Minister to present the governmental program in the Parliament.
