Bulgarian MP Involved in Deadly Car Crash

Valentin Miltenov, MP from Bulgaria's ruling Simeon II National Movement (SIINM), was involved in Friday's car crash that killed one man, officials said Saturday.

38-year-old Lyudmil S. from the Bulgarian town of Elin Pelin near capital Sofia crashed his car into that of Miltenov. The Elin Pelin resident died immediately. His car was moving in the wrong side of the road, which caused the crash, policemen reported.

Miltenov's arm was injured in the accident, Bulgarian MP Milena Milotinova said Saturday.
