Steady awakening

On average, 70% of Bulgarians are positive about companies that produce products or organize campaigns aimed at reducing environmental damage, but believe that business still has much to do in this direction.
Nothing personal, just data?
60.7% of consumers say they are worried about the data they provide. 11.5% of Bulgarians say they would not provide personal data. In general, Bulgarians do not understand the benefits they would have if they shared data - they are not valuable enough for them. That is why they are not particularly sensitive to the topic of personal data sharing. However, Bulgarians are well aware of how digital marketing works in general. 58.3% of all respondents said that companies collect data to show advertising afterwards.
Welcome to the jungle
We are experiencing a renaissance of communities. The opinion of other users online is one of the most important elements influencing the decision to engage in a brand and buy a product. The good news is that over 80% of Bulgarians are ready to give such a recommendation when they have had a positive consumer experience.
