A three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court left without consideration the request for keeping the video monitoring at the end of the election day, as one of the participants in the elections and the Prosecutor's office insisted.
They demanded that the decision of the first instance, which allowed the recording of the ballot counting, be valid for the upcoming elections.
The court's ruling is subject to appeal before a five-member panel of the SAC, ie it cannot enter into force until the elections on April 4.
This happened after the judges did not proceed with the case and postponed it until April 14.
