Bulgaria has crowned not one, but two Spelling Bee champions this year
More than 7500 students from the 326 professional high schools in Bulgaria participate in work placements under the project "Students Practices - Phase 1", financed under the Operational Program "Science and Education for Smart Growth".
There are 2249 employers in fields such as computer and communication technology, electronic and optical products, information technologies, construction, etc., said Deputy Minister of Education and Science Denitsa Sacheva at a press conference at the Ministry of Education and Science, .
It is expected that during the summer, 500 more students, who are trained as restaurant and hoteliers, will begin their practices. Internships last for 240 hours, scheduled during the school year or during the holidays. Young people spend an average of 2 hours a day in companies and businesses. After successfully completing the practices, they receive a 300 BGN scholarship and a certificate for the practical training. Employers can also offer them permanent jobs.
