Facebook and Instagram Down Globally!
The Facebook and Instagram applications are currently experiencing a widespread outage globally, as reported around 5:30 p.m. Bulgarian time
A man who is declared as wanted offender wrote his phone number in the comment section of the post by Sofia Police on Facebook, and then they contacted him. Krasimir Tonchev has a valid sentence for driving without a license. He told Darik that the police had never contacted him before publishing his phone number. Yesterday the Sofia Police released 56 photographs of people with enforceable sentences, which have been announced for search. Currently Tonchev lives in Germany and claims that all court summons went to the address written on ID card where lives his ex-wife, who he is not in contact with. Tonchev argues that the police have not sought other close relatives.
Krasimir Tonchev has been living in Germany for the past few years. He claims that in 2015 he was driving a car without a driver's license. That same year he was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months probation.
The beginning of last year, however, his sentence became effective without him knowing. The police announced him for a search, which he just understands yesterday on the Facebook page of the Sofia Police.
"I am not sure for how long I've been a "fugitive" from the law. I do not know. I found about all this in the morning. A friend called me and said he saw me in a Facebook post among the worst, "said Tonchev.
Tonchev said that the police have called him after leaving his phone number under the photo published:
"I was contacted by a policeman and he wrote to me even on Facebook that he had given my the number to the Topolovgrad police. I said they had it for a long time. It just makes no sense to call me. "
Tonchev added that he does not plan to hide when he returns to Bulgaria.
"I will surrender when I return to Bulgaria. I'm not a man who could hide all life, I just could not bear such a thing. I have never hid myself, just no one was looking for me, "explained Krasimir Tonchev.
